What this site collects

Housing Forecast Scorecard counts visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which reports anonymous totals (pages viewed, referrers, countries). It sets no cookies and does not track you across other sites.

There are no ads, no tracking pixels and no accounts. Any tools on the site run in your browser; we do not receive what you type into them.

Email

There is no live email signup. Any "notify me" box on the site is a placeholder and stores nothing.

Other sites

We link to official sources and other websites. They have their own privacy policies.
